My path brings together three worlds rarely found in one person: political analysis, management, and a hands-on command of the digital.

Trained in political science (from an honours bachelor's to a master's at Université de Montréal), I'm now completing a graduate diploma (DESS) in private- and public-sector management at HEC Montréal. This foundation taught me to decode complex systems, structure thinking, and turn uncertainty into clear decisions.

But I don't stop at analysis. I design and build the tools that bring a strategy to life: websites, brand identity, AI integration. Thinking and executing: that dual capacity defines how I work.

    Before any solution, I work to grasp the full context: the stakes, the constraints, the real objective. A good strategy starts with the right questions.

    Complexity becomes a clear direction. Priorities, trade-offs, trajectory: every decision rests on a rigorous reading of the situation.

    Identity, digital presence, tools: I design solutions that turn strategy into something tangible and coherent.

    Development, integration, implementation. I execute what I recommend myself, with constant attention to quality and detail.

    Strategic consulting

    Turning complexity into a clear trajectory. I analyze, structure and clarify: positioning, communication, decision-making. An approach grounded in high-level training (political science, HEC management) and a genuine understanding of both private- and public-sector stakes.

    Digital presence & design

    I design and develop modern, high-performance, responsive digital presences, from information architecture to user experience, using contemporary web technologies (Next.js and React, backed by HTML and JavaScript), as well as mobile apps. Sites that serve a strategy, not just an aesthetic.

    Sovereign artificial intelligence

    Differentiator

    AI, yes, but controlled and sovereign. I support its integration within a logic of confidentiality and data control: locally run models, document retrieval systems (RAG), task automation, API integration, all built in Python. Solutions where sensitive data never leaves the organization, designed in compliance with regulatory frameworks (Law 25, GDPR).

    A rare position: most practitioners master either the technology or the governance. I bridge the two.
